COVID-19 Protocols

The safety of the public and our staff is paramount in our plans for providing the use of our facility. Users of the Nick Smith Centre must adhere to all public safety guidelines along with facility procedures.

The Nick Smith Centre has a variety of capacity limits for the various zones of the facility – Community Pool, Community Hall, Bert Hall Arena and Glenn Arthur Arena – and the amenities contained within each zone. Schedules and program offerings will operate with reduced capacity.

All programming and facility rentals must be registered for in advance through the online portal or by calling the Nick Smith Centre. Drop-ins will not be permitted.

We continue to consult with the Renfrew County and District Health Unit on their recommendations for our program and event offerings and facility operations to ensure the safety of our staff and users.
