In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Renfrew County Virtual Triage and Assessment Centre (VTAC) has been developed and is strengthening access to healthcare for all residents so our Emergency Departments and 9-1-1 Service can be reserved for genuine emergencies.
If you have a health concern (including COVID-19) call your family physician first. If you do not have a family physician or nurse practitioner or cannot access your family physician or nurse practitioner, call VTAC at 1-844-727-6404 for support from medical receptionists, physicians and community paramedics.

A Family Health Team is a group of health care providers who work together to help keep you and your family healthy and to coordinate the best possible care for your health needs. The Arnprior and District Family Health Team includes 15 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, a dietician, 2 social workers, a registered nurse, a registered practical nurse, a respiratory therapist, a psychologist and a pharmacist.
