Vendors applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis with no limit on vendor product categories. There are 40 vendor spaces available and daily vendors are accepted up until noon on the Friday prior to a market date depending on weekly space availability. Vendors are required to provide liability insurance (there is an option to purchase insurance through the Town if required). This is not a farmers market so any vendors selling food products must have approval from the Renfrew County Health Unit.
Market Date Availability
Waitlists: Vendors on the waitlist may be contacted up until noon on the Friday prior to a market if a space becomes available. Vendors will be charged at the time of application for dates selected even if waitlisted as we hope spaces open up. If we do not have a space you will be refunded or can move your payment to a different date.
