Library Board Members!
The Town of Arnprior is seeking board members to sit on the Arnprior Public Library Board for a four-year term ending in November 2026.
The 7 member Board is responsible for making informed decisions that focus on matters of governance, including library strategy and oversight, CEO support and oversight, financial stewardship and accountability, policy framework, advocacy, and more.
To qualify, an individual must be a Canadian citizen, at least eighteen years old, a resident of the Town of Arnprior and not employed by the Town or the Library. Additional board members are selected by each of the contracting municipalities of McNab/Braeside and Lanark Highlands.
Letters of interest from Arnprior residents are due by Wednesday, December 7, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. to Maureen Spratt, Clerk, Town of Arnprior, 105 Elgin Street W, Arnprior, ON K7S 0A8 or by email at mspratt@arnprior.ca.
