This a reminder that leaf and yard waste collection begins on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022. Leaf and yard waste (such as leaves, grass trimmings, and small branches) are accepted through this collection program.
Please note:
- All leaf and yard waste must be placed at curbside by 7:30 AM on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
- The collection period will last several days; however, residents must place leaf and yard waste at the curbside no later than Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 7:30 AM to ensure proper collection.
- Leaf and Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, and branches of less than 1.5 inches in diameter.
- All leaf and yard waste must be stored in paper bags.
- Pumpkins can be disposed of for free in the Leaf and Yard waste pile at the landfill; however, they will not be accepted at curbside.
- Brush (branches over 1.5 inches in diameter) will not be accepted at curbside and will be subject to tipping fees at the landfill.
- Leaf and Yard waste is accepted year-round at the Arnprior Waste Disposal Site (landfill) during regular scheduled hours of operation, free of charge for Arnprior residents.
