Aquatics
The spring session of aquatics programs are just around the corner with registration opening this month. Here’s what you need to know:
The swimming lesson schedule will be visible online starting March 11 at www.arnprior.ca/registration.

Our new event, St. Paddy’s Party, has sold out! Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and expressed interest. We are excited to see you at the Nick Smith Centre on March 16th. There’s still a chance to secure your tickets. Listen to Valley Heritage Radio every morning from 5am-9am for a chance to be entered in to the draw to win a pair of tickets.
Each year the Easter Bunny runs through Arnprior parks and leaves behind goodies for the children. This year we have early reports that the Easter Bunny has teamed up with the Arnprior Optimistic Women's Club and will have several parks across Town full of chocolate.

Youth Club
After a successful launch, Youth Club returns in 2024 with two seasons, January-May and September-December. Both seasons follow a rate of $10 per month that provides all access to Youth Nights, Jr. Youth Nights, Craft Programs, Monthly Skates, Sledge Hockey and two special events. The Afterschool Program continues at a subsidized rate of $3.00 per day.

Public Open House - Fairview Park Design
We want your feedback! Come to the Nick Smith Centre Community Hall on Tuesday March 5 from 5:30-7:30pm and provide your take on the following options for Fairview Park:

Arenas, Shinny, Skating
Looking to rent ice? Check out the ice availability page of our website to see what might work for you.
Looking for extra hockey or ringette practice, or just to go for a skate? View our drop-in times online to see when you can hit the ice. We offer Minor Shinny (ages 9-12), Junior Shinny (ages 13-15), Ringette Shinny (ages 10-15), Adult Shinny (16+), Women’s Shinny (16+). Full equipment is required for all shinny’s and participants must sign-in and pay at the front desk.
In addition to our regular public skates we have Toonie Skates over lunch hour during the week and a free Parent with Tots & Seniors Skates daily during the week from 1-2pm. Note: Parent with Tots & Seniors Skates and Toonie Skates will not run during the holiday break (December 27 – January 5). Please note that helmets are required on skaters aged 12 and under. Strollers are permitted on the ice as long as the wheels are cleaned and the child is wearing a helmet.
