Easter Weekend
We are thrilled to announce that The Bunny Run has sold out! This first-year event has been overwhelmingly positive and we are looking to expand it in future years. Wanted to run but you didn’t get in on time? Join the waitlist at Arnprior.ca/BunnyRun
We’ve heard early reports of the Easter Bunny making the route through Arnprior’s parks again for April 19. Stay tuned to Arnprior Life for more information.
Summer Camp
Do you need summer plans for you kids? The Town of Arnprior has multiple camp options for you! Camp Wanna-Go will be running all summer long starting on June 30th and ending on August 22nd, and will go from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The Theatre Kids Camp will be running for 2 weeks In July and the newest summer camp is the Sports Camp. We’ve also launched pilot program called Counsellor in Training meant for those who have aged out of camp but want to stay involved. Aquatics Update
The spring swimming lesson registration is now underway with classes commencing on April 6. A few spots are still available and you can register now at Arnprior.ca/swimming.
Effective April 1, all swimmers must check in at the front desk before entering the pool, regardless of whether they are registered online, using a punch card, or paying in person. Upon check-in, swimmers will receive a stamp on their hand as proof of payment. This stamp must be visible when you are in the pool area. Any swimmer without a stamp will be asked to return to the front desk to check-in.
Sports Programs and Leagues
Did you hear? Thanks to funding from Canadian Tire Jumpstart, Youth Club now features a new Youth Sports Program running weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30pm. Enjoy a new sport each week and socialize with friends. Learn more and register for this program now!

NSC Arena Revitalization Update
The Nick Smith Centre transformation continues with demolition of internal structures of the Bert Hall Arena now complete (see photo).

The Nick Smith Centre is one of the busiest buildings in Arnprior and has several sponsorship and advertising opportunities. Pitch-In Week is April 21-27
Pitch-in week is about coming together and making our community more beautiful by helping to clean up some of the garbage that collects in our public areas. Pick-up a FREE Clean-up Kit (while supplies last) at the Nick Smith Centre and clean up a public space in your area. Pitch-In Kits will be available starting April 14. The Great Arnprior Trash Hunt also returns on April 26 from 9am-12pm. Join your fellow trash hunters to help clean up various areas of the community, especially the downtown. Follow The Great Arnprior Trash Hunt Facebook Page for more information and updates.
Parks, Trails and Ball Diamonds
With the varying weather conditions, please exercise caution when using play structures and walking on trails. The skateboard park remains closed at this time. To make sure our diamonds are in great condition for the summer, please stay off them until further notice as they could be damaged if used in their current condition. Conditions will be monitored throughout the month and swings will be install when it is safe to do so.
