Public Notice: Consideration of Proposed New Development Charges By-Law

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to consider a by-law to adopt a proposed new Development Charges By-Law for the municipality.   Pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 27, a public meeting will be included on the February 13, 2023 Council agenda for any person to provide verbal or written comments regarding the proposed by-law.  Written comments can be provided to the Clerk by email at clerks@arnprior.ca. 

The proposed by-law and background study is available for review on the Town website or at the Town Hall municipal offices during regular business hours.   The proposed by-law will be formally considered for passing at the March 13^th, 2023 Council Meeting beginning at 6:30 PM.
