Public Notice: Consent Application No. B1/23 to B4/23 (0 Arthur Street)

Location of Property:

Arthur Street, Arnprior, ON

Purpose and Effect of Consent Applications:

The purpose and effect of the applications is to sever 4 residential lots, leaving one retained lot as indicated below:

Take notice that the consent application will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Arnprior on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 2^nd floor Town Hall, 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior.  

A key plan showing the approximate location of the proposed lots is attached. Applications B1-B4/23, as well as additional related information, are available for inspection during regular office hours. Please contact the Planning Department prior to attending the Town Hall to set up an appointment. 

If you wish to make written comments on this application, they may be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment at the address below. If you do not attend the hearing, it may proceed in your absence. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment. 

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent does not make a written submission to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
