Public Notice - Amendment to User Fees and Charges By-Law (Schedule E)

Take Notice that pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to consider a by-law to amend By-law Number 7463-24 (Schedule E – Planning and Economic Development) for Nick Smith Centre advertising and sponsorship opportunities provided by the municipality.

The Staff Report with the proposed changes was presented at the November 12^th, 2024 Regular Meeting of Council and a by-law to consider the amendment will be included on the November 25^th, 2024 Regular Meeting of Council for their consideration. This meeting will take place on Monday, November 25^th, 2024 starting at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers.

Any person may make verbal or written comments regarding the proposed amendments prior to the meeting date. Comments will be received by the Town Clerk until Monday, November 25^th, 2024 at 4:00 PM by telephone at (613) 623-4231 ext. 1818, by email at clerks@arnprior.ca, or by mail or personal service at 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, ON K7S 0A8.

A copy of the proposed amendment will be available on November 22^nd, 2024 for review online at www.arnprior.ca/meetings or at the municipal office during regular business hours.
