Public Notice - Amendment to 2023 User Fees and Charges By-Law

Take Notice that pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to consider a by-law to amend By-law Number 7358-23, (Schedule K: Recreation Facility Usage Fees and Charges) for services provided by the municipality.

The staff report and by-law to consider the amendment will be included on the April 24, 2023 Council Meeting Agenda beginning at 6:30 PM.

Any person may make verbal or written comments regarding the proposed amendments prior to the meeting date.   Comments will be received by the Clerk until Monday, April 24, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. by telephone at (613) 623-4231 ext. 1817, by email clerks@arnprior.ca, or by mail or personal service at 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, ON K7S 0A8.

A copy of the proposed amendment will be available on April 20, 2023 for review online at www.arnprior.ca/meetings or at the municipal office during regular business hours.
