Subject Lands
The land subject to the subdivision application are vacant lands off of Division St, legally described as Concession C, Part of lot 5, being parts 2 and 4 R on RP 49R3337, geographic Town of Arnprior, as shown on the attached Key Map.
Description of Application
Plan of Subdivision - The proposed plan of subdivision would create 55 townhouse units on 3 street extensions connecting to Charlotte St. N., Norma St. N., and Ida St. N. A block of land for storm water management is included on the plan.

Additional information related to the proposed plan of subdivision is available for inspection at the County of Renfrew Administration Building and the Town of Arnprior Municipal Office, during regular office hours.
