In The Matter of an application for consent, with respect to the following:
Location of Property: 60 Vimy Ridge Crescent, Arnprior (Parts 12-15 on Plan 49R-19602)
The purpose of the application is to create an easement for access to the rear yard of 58 Vimy Ridge Crescent. An easement of 1.2 to 2 metres in width is proposed to be used to provide rear yard access. The proposed easement is shown as Parts 12, 13 and 15 on Plan 49R-19602 along the east side and rear of 60 Vimy Ridge Crescent.
Take notice that the consent application will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Arnprior on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in Council Chambers at Arnprior Town Hall, 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, ON.
A key plan is attached. Application B4/24, as well as additional related information are available in the Planning office for inspection during regular office hours.
You are entitled to attend this Public Hearing in person to express your views about the application or you may be represented by Counsel for this purpose. If you wish to make written comments on this application, they may be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment at the address below. If you do not attend the hearing, it may proceed in your absence. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment.
If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent does not make a written submission to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
