Outdoor Rinks Update – January 19th, 2023

The Town is happy to announce that the Sullivan Rink of Dreams located at Legion Park (100 Edey Street) is now open for public skating. The outdoor skating rink is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM (weather permitting) and the lights are on between 4:30 PM and 9:30 PM.

The outdoor rink at Sergeant Howard Slater Park is expected to open this coming weekend (January 20^th and 21^st, 2023). Staff are continuing to work on the ice quality at this location and ask that the public remain off these surfaces until they have been officially opened.

Work on the building the rink at Caruso Street Park will commence next week.

When using any of the outdoor rinks, please share the space with all users and help keep the rink maintained for all to enjoy by scrapping/clearing the ice at the end of your use. Shovels are available on-site.
