Permission is requested for variance from the following Zoning By-law provision:

Residential One (R1) with floodplain overlay
Take notice that the application will be heard by the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. (Zoom meeting).
A key plan is attached. Application A1/23, as well as additional related information are available for inspection during regular office hours. Please contact the Planning Department prior to attending the Town Hall to set up an appointment.
The proposed development is also subject to a building permit application.
Please note this will be an electronic public hearing where there will be no physical in-person attendance. There will be opportunities provided to provide input electronically. You are strongly encouraged to submit any comments, concerns or support of the application in writing, prior to the Public Hearing, so they can be considered by the Committee prior to a decision being made on the application. Comments should be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer via emailed to planning@arnprior.ca or at eth address below and shall be provided to members of the Committee in advance of the meeting, if possible. The Secretary to the Committee will verbally read out the written deputation during the meeting at the time each application is considered. Should you wish to participate in the Electronic Meeting, please contact planning@arnprior.ca and instructions will be provided to join the meeting a few days in advance.
If you do not attend the hearing, it may proceed in your absence. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment.
