Location of Property: 131,133 and 135 John St. N
The purpose of the application is to sever a parcel of land 7.21 metres (23.7 ft) x 43.94 metres (144 ft) and to retain a parcel of land 6.34 metres (20 ft) x 43.94 metres (144 ft). The severed and retained lots are occupied by two storey brick buildings and no new structures are proposed.

The effect of the proposed severance is to create a separate parcel of 434 square metres and retain a parcel of 136 square metres. Both parcels will be subject to and together with a right-of-way at the rear of the lots.
This application is a resubmission of application B3/20 as the decision lapsed in October 2021.
Take notice that the consent application will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Arnprior on Thursday, February 10th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. (zoom meeting).
A key plan is attached. Application B1/22, as well as additional related information are available for inspection during regular office hours. Please contact the Planning Department prior to attending the Township Offices to set up an appointment.
Please note this will be an electronic public hearing where there will be no physical in- person attendance due to COVID-19. There will be opportunities provided to provide input electronically. You are strongly encouraged to submit any comments, concerns or support of the application in writing, prior to the Public Hearing, so they can be considered by the Committee prior to a decision being made on the application.

The Secretary to the Committee will verbally read out the written deputation during the meeting at the time each application is considered. If you wish to make written comments on this application, they may be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment at the address below. If you do not attend the hearing, it may proceed in your absence. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment.
If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent does not make a written submission to the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
