Notice of Intention to Consider New User Fees and Charges By-law

Take Notice that pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to consider a by-law to adopt a proposed new User Fee and Charges By-Law for services provided by the municipality. 

The staff report to explain the proposed by-law is included on the January 24, 2022 Council Agenda beginning at 6:30 p.m. electronically via zoom, with the by-law being considered by Council at their Regular Meeting of February 14, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. electronically via zoom.

Any person may make verbal or written comments regarding the proposed amendments to the User Fees and Charges By-Law.  Comments regarding the proposed by-law will be received by the Clerk until Monday, February 8, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at telephone 613-623-4231 ext. 1817, by email clerks@arnprior.ca, or by mail at 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, ON K7S 0A8.

 A copy of the proposed User Fees and Charges By-Law will be available on January 20, 2022 for review online, or at the municipal office during regular business.
