Notice of Intent to Dispose of Municipal Lands

Take Notice that pursuant to Town’s Public Notice Policy and Sale and Disposition of Land Policy the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to dispose of lands described as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on 49R-19758, Part of Lot 4, Concession C, as shown on the Key Plan attached.

Explanatory Note: Council declared the lands as surplus to the needs of the Town. Expressions of interest have been received by abutting property owners for the conveyance of lands as lot additions. 

Town Council will consider these matters on April 11, 2022, at 6:30pm at its regular meeting. Anyone wishing to provide comments shall provide comments in writing to the Planning Department before April 11th, 2022 at 2:30pm. 

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
