Notice of Intent to Dispose of Municipal Lands - Norma Street South

Take Notice that pursuant to the Town’s Public Notice Policy and Sale and Disposition of Land Policy, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to dispose of lands identified as Part 1 and the remainder of Part 2 on Registered Plan 49R-12945, fronting on Norma Street South.

Staff Report No. 22-05-24-02 (listed as Item No. 11(ii) in the May 24^th, 2022 Council Meeting Agenda Package) provides a detailed review of the property to be disposed of and a key map of the property.

Explanatory Note:

Council declared the subject lands surplus to the needs of the Town. Expressions of interest have been received by an abutting property owner for the conveyance of the lands as a lot addition.

Town Council will consider this matter on December 12, 2022 at 6:30pm at its Regular Meeting. Anyone wishing to provide comments shall provide comments in writing to the Town Clerk’s Office before December 12^th, 2022 at 4:30 PM.

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
