The Town of Arnprior has been selected as a location for the filming of the upcoming holiday movie, Reindeer Games, depicting the picturesque town of “Harrison Falls”. Filming will take place on Thursday May 12, 2022.
The production will be filming in two locations.
Historic Downtown:
Production downtown will be set up on the East side of John Street N from approximately 123 John Street N to Madawaska Street.
Set up is expected to begin at 6:00am.
Filming will be from 11:30am to dusk.
The road and sidewalk will remain open to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. All businesses will remain open during filming activities.
Robert Simpson Park:
Production in Robert Simpson Park will be set up at the Gazebo and will also use the pedestrian walkway in front of the Marina.
Set up is expected to begin following the filming on John St. N.
Filming will be from dusk to 2:00am.
Should you need to access these areas during the filming schedule, please follow the direction of production staff members under the regulations of the Safety Guidelines for the Film and Television Industry laid out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
