Collection Delays - Recycling and Garbage Collection

As Circular Materials Ontario (CMO)’s provider for recycling collection, TOPPS Environmental Solutions has advised that there has been a delay in the collection of plastic, glass and metal materials in the Section One (Monday) zone as they were not able to complete collection yesterday. As a result, they would ask that residents in Section One leave their recycling materials curbside for collection today and they are working to collect materials as soon as possible.

There may also be related impacts for Section Two (Tuesday recycling collection) and garbage collection across the municipality today. If your garbage is not collected today as outlined in the Collection Schedule, it will be collected on Thursday, January 2^nd, 2025.
