Call for Performers and Vendors Launched for the 2024 Cultural Night Market

The Town of Arnprior is excited to launch a call for performers and vendors for the third annual Cultural Night Market which will take place on Saturday, August 24^th, 2024 between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM in the Town’s historic Downtown Core. Led by the Manager of Culture / Curator, the Cultural Night Market is an opportunity to explore, celebrate and become acquainted with the rich diversity of our community and beyond.

Applications are now open for performers and vendors with an application deadline of February 29^th, 2024 at 4:30 PM. In particular, we are actively seeking vendors and performers who identify as a member of an under-represented and/or marginalized community (as outlined below) and we encourage applicants to self-identify within their submission.

Indigenous, Black, and People of Colour (IBPOC);
Racialized people, people of diverse ethic or cultural origin, and marginalized community members;
2SLGBTQ+ community members;
Newcomers and New Canadians;
Persons with disabilities;
Other under-represented and/or marginalized communities.

Submit Your Expression of Interest

Vendor booth fees are $15 (with an additional fee for those without insurance and who wish to purchase insurance through the Facility User Insurance Program). Not-for-profit organizations, charities, and youth vendors are welcome to submit an application and will have their fees waived, if approved. Performer rates will be negotiated independently.
