Draft Recreation and Parks Master Plan Open House

The Recreation and Parks Master Plan Public Open House that will take place on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 6:30-8:30pm in the Community Hall of the Nick Smith Centre.

The Town of Arnprior in partnership with our partners at Stantec Consulting will present a Draft Master Plan to the community and stakeholders for review and comment. This provides us with the opportunity to connect back with community members and stakeholders that have participated in our engagement pieces to date to identify how their input has shaped the master plan. The feedback from this final piece of public engagement will lead to the Draft Recreation and Parks Master Plan report and presentation that will be delivered to Council at the December 11th meeting.

During the daytime, the Recreation and Parks Master Plan info boards will be on display in the Nick Smith Centre lobby. The Director of Recreation will be present throughout the day to meet with residents for review and discussion. In the evening from 6:30-8:30 pm, Stantec Consulting will be present for the formal Public Open House. 

For those unable to attend on November 2nd there will be an opportunity after the meeting to share feedback online as well.
