2022 Holiday-Related Updates

As we enter the holiday season, the Town of Arnprior would like to remind local residents about some key messages related to Town facilities, programs and services over the next two weeks.

Garbage and Recycling

Click Here to access up-to-date information on the Section 4 recycling collection that was cancelled on Friday, December 23rd, 2022 due to the winter storm. 

At the present time, Section 1 (Monday) recycling collection will be shifted over the next two weeks to be collected on the next day (Tuesday). Section 1 (Monday) recycling collection will therefore occur on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022 and Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023. All other collection days will remain as scheduled.

The following recycling collection pickups will occur on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022:

• Section 1 (Monday) Paper Fibres and Cardboard Recycling Collection (rescheduled from Monday, December 26th, 2022)
• Section 2 (Tuesday) Paper Fibres and Cardboard Recycling Collection (Regular Collection)

The following recycling collection pickups will occur on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023:

• Section 1 (Monday) Plastic, Glass and Metal Recycling Collection (rescheduled from Monday, January 2nd, 2023)
• Section 2 (Tuesday) Plastic, Glass and Metal Recycling Collection (Regular Collection)

Facility Closures

Facility closures will be impacting various Town facilities as outlined below.
