The Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry – Pembroke District has released their Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety. This Condition Statement is in effect until Thursday April 14, 2022 unless updated prior.

Take Notice that pursuant to Town’s Public Notice Policy and Sale and Disposition of Land Policy the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to dispose of lands described as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on 49R-19758, Part of Lot 4, Concession C, as shown on the Key Plan attached.
Explanatory Note: Council declared the lands as surplus to the needs of the Town. Expressions of interest have been received by abutting property owners for the conveyance of lands as lot additions.

TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with Section 28 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior passed By-law No. 7274-22 for the designation of a Community Improvement Project Area and By-law No. 7275-22 for the adoption of a Community Improvement Plan (CIP).
