The Town of Arnprior has received application No. 22 for an amendment to the Town’s Official Plan and implementing zoning by-law for the lands described as Part of Lot 10, Plan 32, municipally known as 260 Elgin Street West. The proposed Official Plan amendment would re-designate the subject lands from “Residential” to “Residential – Exception Twelve” to permit, as a home occupation, retail sales, as well as the use of an accessory building for a home occupation.
